Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act, Article 440 (Direction and Supervision of the Governor of the Financial Supervisory Service, etc.)

① 금융위원회 또는 증권선물위원회는 이 법에 의한 권한을 행사하는 데에 필요하다고 인정되는 경우에는 금융감독원장에 대하여 지시ㆍ감독 및 업무집행방법의 변경, 그 밖에 감독상 필요한 조치를 명할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29>
