장애인복지법 시행령 제26조(대여자금 상환방법 등)

① 법 제41조에 따라 자금을 대여받은 자는 보건복지부장관이 정하는 상환기준에 따라 상환하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.3.15>

② 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 자금을 대여받은 자에 대한 대여 내용을 보건복지부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 기록ㆍ관리하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.3.15, 2015.12.15>

③ 제1항에 따라 자금을 상환하여야 할 자가 거주지를 다른 특별자치시ㆍ특별자치도ㆍ시ㆍ군ㆍ구로 이전한 경우에는 전거주지를 관할하는 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제2항에 따른 서류를 지체 없이 신거주지를 관할하는 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 송부하여야 한다. <개정 2015.12.15>

④ 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 자금을 대여받은 사람이 대여 신청 당시의 용도대로 자금을 사용하지 아니하는 경우에는 시정을 요구할 수 있으며, 자금을 대여받은 사람이 정당한 사유 없이 시정 요구를 이행하지 아니한 경우에는 대여한 자금을 회수할 수 있다. <신설 2012.7.24, 2015.12.15>
