Enforcement Decree of the Act on Welfare of Persons with Disabilities, Article 33 (Methods and Standards of Paying Disability Allowances, etc.)

① 장애수당등의 구체적인 지급대상과 지급기준은 장애인의 보호에 드는 비용을 고려하여 매년 예산의 범위에서 보건복지부장관이 정한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.3.15>
