장애인복지법 제20조(교육)

①국가와 지방자치단체는 사회통합의 이념에 따라 장애인이 연령ㆍ능력ㆍ장애의 종류 및 정도에 따라 충분히 교육받을 수 있도록 교육 내용과 방법을 개선하는 등 필요한 정책을 강구하여야 한다.

③국가와 지방자치단체는 장애인에게 전문 진로교육을 실시하는 제도를 강구하여야 한다.

④각급 학교의 장은 교육을 필요로 하는 장애인이 그 학교에 입학하려는 경우 장애를 이유로 입학 지원을 거부하거나 입학시험 합격자의 입학을 거부하는 등의 불리한 조치를 하여서는 아니 된다.

⑤모든 교육기관은 교육 대상인 장애인의 입학과 수학(修學) 등에 편리하도록 장애의 종류와 정도에 맞추어 시설을 정비하거나 그 밖에 필요한 조치를 강구하여야 한다.
