장애인복지법 제50조의4(장애인복지급여수급계좌)

① 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 수급자의 신청이 있는 경우에는 자녀교육비 및 장애수당등을 수급자 명의의 지정된 계좌(이하 "장애인복지급여수급계좌"라 한다)로 입금하여야 한다. 다만, 정보통신장애나 그 밖에 대통령령으로 정하는 불가피한 사유로 장애인복지급여수급계좌로 이체할 수 없을 때에는 현금 지급 등 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 자녀교육비 및 장애수당등을 지급할 수 있다.

② 장애인복지급여수급계좌가 개설된 금융기관은 이 법에 따른 자녀교육비 및 장애수당등만이 장애인복지급여수급계좌에 입금되도록 관리하여야 한다.

③ 제1항에 따른 신청 방법ㆍ절차와 제2항에 따른 장애인복지급여수급계좌의 관리에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
