장애인복지법 제61조(감독)

①장애인복지실시기관은 장애인복지시설을 설치ㆍ운영하는 자의 소관업무 및 시설이용자의 인권실태 등을 지도ㆍ감독하며, 필요한 경우 그 시설에 관한 보고 또는 관련 서류 제출을 명하거나 소속 공무원에게 그 시설의 운영상황ㆍ장부, 그 밖의 서류를 조사ㆍ검사하거나 질문하게 할 수 있다.

②제1항에 따라 관계 공무원이 그 직무를 할 때에는 권한을 표시하는 증표 및 조사기간, 조사범위, 조사담당자, 관계 법령 등 보건복지부령으로 정하는 사항이 기재된 서류를 관계인에게 내보여야 한다. <개정 2015.12.29>
