장애인복지법 제72조(의지ㆍ보조기 기사자격증 교부 등)

Act on Welfare of Persons with Disabilities, Article 72 (Issuance of Prosthetist/Orthotist Licenses, etc.)

①보건복지부장관은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자로서 제73조에 따른 국가시험에 합격한 자(이하 "의지ㆍ보조기 기사"라 한다)에게 의지ㆍ보조기 기사자격증을 내주어야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18, 2013.3.23, 2018.12.11>

1. 「고등교육법」에 따른 전문대학이나 교육부장관이 이와 같은 수준 이상의 학력이 있다고 인정하는 학교에서 보건복지부령으로 정하는 의지ㆍ보조기 관련 교과목을 이수하고 졸업한 자

2. 보건복지부장관이 인정하는 외국에서 제1호에 해당하는 학교(보건복지부장관이 정하여 고시하는 인정기준에 해당하는 학교를 말한다)와 같은 수준 이상의 교육과정을 마치고 외국의 해당 의지ㆍ보조기 기사자격증을 받은 자

②의지ㆍ보조기 기사자격증을 분실하거나 훼손한 자에게는 신청에 따라 자격증을 재교부한다.

(2) A어 person퍼슨 who후 has해즈 lost로스트 or오 damaged대미지드 his히즈 or오 her허 prosthetist/orthotist프^r라스^θ씨티스트 license라이슨스 shall섈 be비 reissued^r리이슈드 a어 license라이슨스 upon어판 application.애플러케이션

③의지ㆍ보조기 기사자격증을 다른 사람에게 빌려주거나 빌리는 행위 또는 이를 알선하는 행위를 하여서는 아니 된다. <개정 2024.2.13>
