장애인복지법 제80조(비용 수납)

①제34조제1항제1호에 따른 조치에 필요한 비용을 부담한 장애인복지실시기관은 해당 장애인 또는 그 부양의무자로부터 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 장애인복지실시기관이 부담한 비용의 전부 또는 일부를 받을 수 있다.
