재난 및 안전관리 기본법 시행령 제73조의6(안전점검의 날 등)

① 법 제66조의7에 따른 안전점검의 날은 매월 4일로 하고, 방재의 날은 매년 5월 25일로 한다. <개정 2018.1.18>

② 재난관리책임기관은 안전점검의 날에는 재난취약시설에 대한 일제점검, 안전의식 고취 등 안전 관련 행사를 실시하고, 방재의 날에는 자연재난에 대한 주민의 방재의식을 고취하기 위하여 재난에 대한 교육ㆍ홍보 등의 관련 행사를 실시한다.

③ 제2항에서 규정한 사항 외에 안전점검의 날 및 방재의 날 행사 등에 필요한 사항은 행정안전부장관이 각각 정한다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>
