Enforcement Decree of the Framework Act on the Management of Disasters and Safety, Article 79-6 (Formulation of the Comprehensive Plan for Disaster and Safety Technology Development)

① 법 제71조의2제1항에 따라 수립하는 재난 및 안전관리기술개발 종합계획(이하 "개발계획"이라 한다)에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다.

② 행정안전부장관은 개발계획의 수립을 위하여 관계 중앙행정기관의 장에게 소관 분야의 재난ㆍ안전기술 현황 및 예측 자료를 요청하거나 재난ㆍ안전기술 개발에 관한 계획의 수립 등을 요청할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>

③ 행정안전부장관은 제2항에 따라 제공받은 자료 또는 계획 등을 종합하여 개발계획을 작성한 후 「국가과학기술자문회의법」에 따른 국가과학기술자문회의의 심의를 거쳐 확정한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2015.6.30, 2017.7.26, 2018.4.17>
