재난 및 안전관리 기본법 시행령 제83조의11(공인재난관리사 자격시험의 합격자 결정 등)

① 공인재난관리사 자격시험의 제1차 시험에서는 매 과목 40점 이상, 전 과목 총점의 60점 이상을 득점한 사람을 합격자로 결정한다.

② 행정안전부장관은 공인재난관리사의 수급(需給) 상황 등을 고려하여 공인재난관리사 자격시험의 제2차 시험의 선발 예정 인원을 정한다. 이 경우 법 제75조의3제4항에 따른 공인재난관리사자격심의위원회의 심의를 거쳐야 한다.

③ 공인재난관리사 자격시험의 제2차 시험에서는 매 과목 40점 이상, 전 과목 총점의 60점 이상을 득점한 사람 중에서 전 과목 총점이 높은 사람 순으로 제2항에 따른 선발 예정 인원의 범위에서 합격자를 결정한다.

④ 제3항에도 불구하고 동점자로 인하여 제2항에 따른 선발 예정 인원을 초과하는 경우에는 그 동점자 모두를 합격자로 결정한다. 이 경우 동점자의 점수는 소수점 이하 둘째자리까지만 계산하며, 반올림은 하지 않는다.

⑤ 행정안전부장관은 공인재난관리사 자격시험의 합격자를 결정하였을 때에는 그 결과를 행정안전부 인터넷 홈페이지 등에 공고해야 한다.
