Enforcement Decree of the Framework Act on the Management of Disasters and Safety, Article 83-12 (Composition of the Certified Disaster Manager Qualification Review Committee, etc.)

① 법 제75조의3제4항에 따른 공인재난관리사자격심의위원회(이하 "자격심의위원회"라 한다)는 위원장 1명을 포함하여 9명 이상 13명 이하의 위원으로 구성한다.

나. 「고등교육법」 제2조제1호부터 제6호까지에 따른 대학이나 공인된 연구기관에서 재난 및 안전관리 분야의 부교수 이상 또는 이에 상당하는 직에 있는 사람

다. 재난 및 안전관리 업무를 담당하는 부서에서 10년 이상 근무한 경력이 있는 공무원

(c)시 A어 public퍼블릭 official어^f피실 with위^ð드 at앳 least리스트 10 years이어즈 of어^v브 experience익스피^r리언스 in인 a어 department디파트먼트 in인 charge차지 of어^v브 disaster디재스터 and앤드 safety세이^f프티 management매너지먼트 work;워크

라. 상시 근로자 수 100명 이상인 기업에서 재난 및 안전관리 임원이거나 임원이었던 사람

(d)디 A어 person퍼슨 who후 is이즈 or오 was워즈 an앤 officer오^f퍼서 in인 charge차지 of어^v브 disaster디재스터 and앤드 safety세이^f프티 management매너지먼트 at앳 an앤 enterprise엔터프^r라이즈 with위^ð드 100 or오 more모 regular^r레귤러 workers;워커즈

마. 제88조제3항에 따라 공인재난관리사 자격시험의 실시에 관한 업무를 위탁받은 기관의 장이 추천하는 사람

(e)이 A어 person퍼슨 recommended^r레커멘디드 by바이 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 the^ð디 agency에이전시 entrusted엔트^r러스티드 with위^ð드 work워크 concerning컨서닝 administration애드미니스트^r레이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 Certified서터^f파이드 Disaster디재스터 Manager매너저 qualification콸러^f퍼케이션 examination이그재머네이션 under언더 Article아터클 88 (3);

바. 그 밖에 국가공인 자격시험이나 재난 및 안전관리 분야에 대한 학식과 경험이 풍부한 사람

(f)에^f프 Other어^ð더 persons퍼슨즈 with위^ð드 abundant어번던트 knowledge날러지 and앤드 experience익스피^r리언스 in인 State-certified스테잇-서터^f파이드 qualification콸러^f퍼케이션 examinations이그재머네이션즈 or오 the^ð더 field^f필드 of어^v브 disaster디재스터 and앤드 safety세이^f프티 management.매너지먼트

③ 제2항제2호에 따라 위촉된 위원의 임기는 3년으로 하며, 한 차례만 연임할 수 있다.

⑤ 자격심의위원회의 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 위원장이 미리 지명한 위원이 그 직무를 대행한다.
