재난 및 안전관리 기본법 제26조(국가핵심기반의 지정 등)

① 관계 중앙행정기관의 장은 소관 분야의 국가핵심기반을 다음 각 호의 기준에 따라 조정위원회의 심의를 거쳐 지정할 수 있다. <개정 2013.8.6, 2017.1.17, 2019.12.3>

② 관계 중앙행정기관의 장은 제1항에 따른 지정 여부를 결정하기 위하여 필요한 자료의 제출을 소관 재난관리책임기관의 장에게 요청할 수 있다.

③ 관계 중앙행정기관의 장은 소관 재난관리책임기관이 해당 업무를 폐지ㆍ정지 또는 변경하는 경우에는 조정위원회의 심의를 거쳐 국가핵심기반의 지정을 취소할 수 있다. <개정 2013.8.6, 2019.12.3>
