「지방교부세법」 제9조제1항제2호에 따른 특별교부세는 「지방교부세법」에 따라 행정안전부장관이 교부 등을 행한다. 이 경우 특별교부세의 교부는 지방자치단체의 재난 및 안전관리 수요에 한정한다. <개정 2017.7.26>
