저작권법 제101조의7(프로그램의 임치)

① 프로그램의 저작재산권자와 프로그램의 이용허락을 받은 자는 대통령령으로 정하는 자(이하 이 조에서 "수치인"이라 한다)와 서로 합의하여 프로그램의 원시코드 및 기술정보 등을 수치인에게 임치할 수 있다.

② 프로그램의 이용허락을 받은 자는 제1항에 따른 합의에서 정한 사유가 발생한 때에 수치인에게 프로그램의 원시코드 및 기술정보 등의 제공을 요구할 수 있다.
