저작권법 제55조의3(변경등록등의 신청 등)

① 저작권 등록자는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 문화체육관광부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 해당 신청서에 이를 증명할 수 있는 서류를 첨부하여 위원회에 변경ㆍ경정ㆍ말소등록 또는 말소한 등록의 회복등록(이하 "변경등록등"이라 한다)을 신청할 수 있다.

② 위원회는 변경등록등 신청서에 적힌 내용이 이를 증명하는 서류의 내용과 서로 맞지 아니하는 경우에는 신청을 반려할 수 있다.

③ 제2항에 따라 등록신청이 반려된 경우에 그 등록을 신청한 자는 이의를 신청할 수 있다. 이 경우 이의신청에 관하여는 제55조제3항부터 제5항까지 및 제8항을 준용한다.

④ 위원회는 변경등록등의 신청을 받아들였을 때에는 그 내용을 저작권등록부에 기록하여야 한다.

⑤ 그 밖에 변경등록등의 신청, 신청의 반려 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
