Enforcement Decree of the Telecommunications Business Act, Article 16-2 (Removal of Members of the Public Interest Review Committee)

공익성심사위원회의 위원장은 법 제11조제2항에 따라 위촉된 위원이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 해당 위원을 해촉(解囑)할 수 있다.
