전기통신사업법 시행령 제40조의2(전기통신서비스 규격정보의 제공)

① 법 제42조제5항에 따른 규격정보 제공대상 전기통신서비스는 다음 각 호와 같다. <개정 2017.7.26, 2024.7.30, 2026.4.28>

② 법 제42조제5항에 따른 전기통신서비스 규격에 관한 정보(이하 이 조에서 "규격정보"라 한다) 제공 요청은 다음 각 호의 사항을 기재한 서면으로 하여야 한다.

(2) A어 request^r리퀘스트 to투 provide프^r러^v바이드 information인^f퍼메이션 on안 telecommunications텔러커뮤너케이션즈 service서^v비스 specifications스페서^f퍼케이션즈 under언더 Article아터클 42 (5) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 "specification스페시^f피케이션 information"인^f퍼메이션 in인 this^ð디스 Article)아터클 shall섈 be비 made메이드 in인 writing^r라이팅 stating스테이팅 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 matters:매터즈

③ 이동통신사업자는 제2항에 따른 요청서를 받은 날부터 7일 이내에 요청받은 규격정보를 제공하여야 한다. 다만, 부득이한 경우에는 요청서를 받은 날부터 30일 이내에 제공할 수 있으나, 그 사유를 미리 요청자에게 서면으로 알려야 한다. <개정 2026.4.28>

④ 규격정보의 제공방법은 온라인 전송, 책자에 의한 송부 등 당사자가 협의하여 정하는 방법에 따른다.
