전기통신사업법 시행령 제51조의6(자가전기통신설비의 신고)

① 법 제64조에 따라 자가전기통신설비를 설치하려는 자는 해당 설비의 설치공사 시작일 21일 전까지 다음 각 호의 사항을 적은 자가전기통신설비 설치신고서에 자가전기통신설비 설치공사의 설계도서(設計圖書)를 첨부하여 주된 설비가 설치되어 있는 사무소 소재지를 관할하는 시ㆍ도지사(시ㆍ도지사가 자가전기통신설비를 설치하려는 경우에는 과학기술정보통신부장관을 말한다)에게 제출해야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2016.5.31, 2021.4.6, 2024.1.9>

② 법 제64조제1항 본문 및 단서에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 중요한 사항"이란 각각 제1항제2호부터 제6호까지의 사항을 말한다. <개정 2024.1.9>

③ 자가전기통신설비 설치의 신고를 한 자가 제2항에 따른 사항을 변경하려는 경우에는 그 변경 시작일(제1항제4호부터 제6호까지의 사항을 변경하려는 경우에는 그 변경공사 시작일) 21일 전까지 변경 사항을 적은 변경신고서(전자문서로 된 신고서를 포함한다)에 변경 사항에 대한 자가전기통신설비 설치공사의 설계도서(변경 전ㆍ후의 대비표를 포함한다)를 첨부하여 시ㆍ도지사(시ㆍ도지사가 자가전기통신설비 설치의 신고를 한 경우에는 과학기술정보통신부장관을 말한다)에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2016.5.31, 2024.1.9>

④ 과학기술정보통신부장관 또는 시ㆍ도지사는 제1항 또는 제3항에 따른 설치신고 또는 설치 변경신고를 받았을 때에는 다음 각 호의 사항을 심사하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2016.5.31, 2024.1.9>

⑤ 과학기술정보통신부장관 또는 시ㆍ도지사는 제4항에 따른 심사 결과 같은 항 각 호에 따른 요건을 갖춘 경우에는 자가전기통신설비의 설치신고확인증 또는 변경신고확인증을 신고인에게 발급하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2016.5.31, 2024.1.9>
