전기통신사업법 시행령 제7조(기간통신사업의 등록신청)

① 기간통신사업의 등록을 하려는 자는 법 제6조제1항 각 호 외의 부분 본문에 따라 기간통신사업 등록신청서(전자문서로 된 신청서를 포함한다)에 다음 각 호의 서류(전자문서를 포함한다)를 첨부하여 과학기술정보통신부장관에게 제출해야 한다.

② 지방자치단체는 법 제7조제2항 각 호 외의 부분 후단에 따라 준용되는 법 제6조제1항 각 호 외의 부분 본문에 따라 기간통신사업의 등록을 하려는 경우에는 기간통신사업 등록신청서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 과학기술정보통신부장관에게 제출해야 한다. <신설 2024.1.9>

③ 제1항 및 제2항에 따라 등록신청을 받은 과학기술정보통신부장관은 「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따른 행정정보의 공동이용을 통하여 법인 등기사항증명서(지방자치단체의 경우는 제외한다)와 기술인력의 국가기술자격증을 확인해야 한다. 다만, 해당 기술인력이 국가기술자격증의 확인에 동의하지 않는 경우에는 그 서류의 사본을 첨부하게 해야 한다. <개정 2024.1.9>

④ 과학기술정보통신부장관은 제1항 및 제2항에 따른 등록신청에 대하여 보완 또는 보정(補正)이 필요하다고 인정되는 경우에는 10일 이내의 기간을 정하여 그 보완 또는 보정을 요구할 수 있으며, 신청인이 신청한 경우에는 보완 또는 보정기간을 연장할 수 있다. 이 경우 보완 또는 보정에 걸린 기간은 제10조제1항의 처리기간에 산입(算入)하지 않는다. <개정 2024.1.9>
