전기통신사업법 제22조의11(전송자격인증)

① 제2조제14호나목에 따른 특수한 유형의 부가통신역무를 제공하는 사업을 경영하려는 자는 전송자격에 대한 방송미디어통신위원회의 인증(이하 "전송자격인증"이라 한다)을 받아야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

② 방송미디어통신위원회는 전송자격인증을 위하여 보안관리 체계를 포함한 인증의 기준 등 그 밖에 필요한 사항을 정하여 고시할 수 있다. <개정 2025.10.1>

(2) For^f포 transmission트^r랜스미션 qualification콸러^f퍼케이션 certification,서터^f퍼케이션 the^ð더 Broadcasting,브^r로드캐스팅 Media미디아 and앤드 Communications커뮤너케이션즈 Commission커미션 may메이 determine더터먼 and앤드 publicly퍼블리클리 notify노우터^f파이 the^ð더 certification서터^f퍼케이션 standards,스탠더즈 including인클루딩 the^ð더 security시큐^r러티 management매너지먼트 system,시스텀 and앤드 other어^ð더 necessary네서세^r리 matters.매터즈

③ 방송미디어통신위원회는 전송자격인증을 하는 경우에는 신청인에게 인증서를 발급하여야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

(3) When웬 granting그^r랜팅 transmission트^r랜스미션 qualification콸러^f퍼케이션 certification,서터^f퍼케이션 the^ð더 Broadcasting,브^r로드캐스팅 Media미디아 and앤드 Communications커뮤너케이션즈 Commission커미션 shall섈 issue이슈 a어 certificate서티^f피컷 to투 the^ð디 applicant.애플리컨트

④ 방송미디어통신위원회는 전송자격인증을 받은 자가 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 때에는 전송자격인증을 취소할 수 있다. 다만, 제1호에 해당하는 경우에는 전송자격인증을 취소하여야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

(4) The^ð더 Broadcasting,브^r로드캐스팅 Media미디아 and앤드 Communications커뮤너케이션즈 Commission커미션 may메이 revoke^r리^v보우크 the^ð더 transmission트^r랜스미션 qualification콸러^f퍼케이션 certification서터^f퍼케이션 of어^v브 a어 person퍼슨 who후 has해즈 obtained어브테인드 it잇 if이^f프 any에니 of어^v브 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 applies.어플라이즈 However,하우에^v버 in인 the^ð더 case케이스 of어^v브 subparagraph서브패^r러그^r래^f프 1, it잇 shall섈 revoke^r리^v보우크 the^ð더 certification:서터^f퍼케이션

⑤ 전송자격인증의 방법ㆍ절차ㆍ범위ㆍ수수료, 제3항에 따른 인증서의 발급 및 제4항에 따른 인증취소의 기준ㆍ절차 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
