전기통신사업법 제49조(회계 정리)

① 기간통신사업자는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 회계를 정리하고, 매 회계연도 종료 후 3개월 이내에 전년도 영업보고서를 작성하여 과학기술정보통신부장관에게 제출하고 관련되는 장부와 근거 자료를 갖추어 두어야 한다. 다만, 전년도 전기통신역무 매출액이 대통령령으로 정하는 금액 미만인 기간통신사업자는 그러하지 아니하다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26, 2018.12.24>

⑤ 과학기술정보통신부장관은 제4항에 따라 검사를 하려는 경우에는 검사 7일 전까지 검사기간ㆍ이유ㆍ내용 등에 대한 검사계획을 해당 기간통신사업자에게 알려주어야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26>

⑥ 제4항에 따라 검사를 하는 자는 그 권한을 표시하는 증표를 관계인에게 보여주어야 하며, 최초 출입 시 성명ㆍ출입기간ㆍ출입목적 등이 표시된 문서를 관계인에게 주어야 한다.
