전자문서 및 전자거래 기본법 제29조(전자문서 및 전자거래의 국제화)

① 정부는 전자문서 및 전자거래에 관한 국제협력을 촉진하기 위하여 전자문서 및 전자거래에 관한 정보ㆍ기술ㆍ인력의 교류, 공동조사ㆍ연구 및 기술협력, 국제표준화 등의 사업을 지원할 수 있다.

② 정부는 국제기구에서의 전자문서 및 전자거래에 관련된 논의에 적극적으로 참여하여 대응하고, 전자거래사업자 및 전자문서 관련 사업자의 국외시장 진출을 활성화하기 위하여 노력하여야 한다.
