Enforcement Decree of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Article 23 (Set-Off of Debts)

① 결제업자는 소비자가 다음 각 호의 방법으로 상계(相計)를 요청할 경우 법 제18조제6항 후단에 따라 즉시 상계할 수 있다.

② 결제업자는 제1항에 따라 상계한 경우 그 사실 및 금액명세 등을 적은 서면(전자문서를 포함한다)을 해당 통신판매업자 및 소비자에게 지체 없이 보내야 한다.
