전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률 시행령 제28조의5(조사반의 구성 등)

① 법 제26조제6항에 따른 조사반(이하 이 조에서 "조사반"이라 한다)은 반장 및 반원으로 구성한다.

② 제1항에 따른 반장은 공정거래위원회 소속 공무원으로 하고, 반원은 공정거래위원회 소속 공무원과 「소비자기본법」 제38조에 따른 한국소비자원장이 지정한 소속 직원으로 한다.

③ 공정거래위원회는 조사반을 구성하려는 경우에는 미리 조사기간, 조사대상, 조사에 필요한 인원 등을 적은 문서로 한국소비자원장에게 반원을 지정해 줄 것을 요청하여야 한다.

④ 조사반의 조사 등의 활동은 반장의 지휘ㆍ감독을 받아 실시한다.

(4) Investigations인^v베스터게이션즈 and앤드 other어^ð더 activities액티^v버티즈 of어^v브 the^ð디 investigation인^v베스터게이션 team팀 shall섈 be비 carried캐^r리드 out아웃 under언더 the^ð더 direction더^r렉션 and앤드 supervision수퍼^v비전 of어^v브 the^ð더 team팀 leader.리더
