전자서명법 제15조(전자서명인증업무준칙의 준수 등)

① 운영기준 준수사실의 인정을 받은 전자서명인증사업자는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함된 전자서명인증업무준칙(이하 "인증업무준칙"이라 한다)을 작성하여 인터넷 홈페이지 등에 게시하고 성실히 준수하여야 한다. 인증업무준칙을 변경한 경우에도 또한 같다.

② 운영기준 준수사실의 인정을 받은 전자서명인증사업자는 전자서명인증업무의 전부 또는 일부를 휴지하려는 경우 휴지기간을 정하여 휴지하려는 날의 30일 전까지 그 사실을 가입자에게 통보하고 인터넷 홈페이지 등에 게시하여야 한다.

③ 운영기준 준수사실의 인정을 받은 전자서명인증사업자는 전자서명인증업무를 폐지하려는 경우 폐지하려는 날의 60일 전까지 그 사실을 가입자에게 통보하고 인터넷 홈페이지 등에 게시하여야 한다.

(3) Where웨어 a어 certification서터^f퍼케이션 service서^v비스 provider프^r러^v바이더 recognized^r레커그나이즈드 as애즈 complying컴플라이잉 with위^ð드 the^ð디 operating아퍼^r레이팅 standards스탠더즈 intends인텐즈 to투 discontinue디스컨티뉴 its잇츠 electronic일렉트^r라닉 signature시그너처 certification서터^f퍼케이션 services,서^v버시즈 it잇 shall섈 notify노우터^f파이 subscribers서브스크^r라이버즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 discontinuation디스컨티뉴에이션 at앳 least리스트 60 days데이즈 before비^f포 the^ð디 intended인텐디드 date데잇 of어^v브 discontinuation디스컨티뉴에이션 and앤드 post포우스트 it잇 on안 its잇츠 website,웨브사잇 etc.엣세터^r러

④ 제2항 및 제3항에 따라 통보하거나 게시하는 내용에는 요금의 반환, 가입자의 개인정보 폐기 등 가입자 보호조치가 포함되어야 한다.

⑤ 제1항에 따른 인증업무준칙의 작성방법, 제2항ㆍ제3항에 따른 게시ㆍ통보 방법, 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 과학기술정보통신부령으로 정한다.
