정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제15조(실태점검의 절차)

법 제23조의6제3항에 따라 본인확인기관의 물리적ㆍ기술적ㆍ관리적 조치 및 연계정보 이용기관의 안전조치에 대한 실태점검을 하는 공무원은 다음 각 호의 사항을 실태점검 7일 전까지 그 기관에 통보해야 한다. 다만, 긴급한 경우 또는 사전에 통보하면 증거인멸 등으로 실태점검의 목적을 달성할 수 없다고 인정하는 경우에는 통보하지 않을 수 있다.
