정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제54조의3(침해사고의 예방 및 확산 방지를 위한 조치 업무의 위탁)

① 중앙행정기관의 장은 법 제47조의4제1항에 따른 조치에 관한 업무를 인터넷진흥원 또는 이용자의 정보보호와 관련된 전문기관으로서 해당 중앙행정기관의 장이 과학기술정보통신부장관과 협의하여 정하는 기관에 위탁할 수 있다. <개정 2022.12.9>

② 중앙행정기관의 장은 제1항에 따라 위탁기관을 지정하는 경우에는 위탁받는 기관 및 위탁할 업무의 내용을 고시해야 한다.
