정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률 제45조의4(정보보호위원회)

① 자산총액, 매출액 등이 대통령령으로 정하는 기준에 해당하는 정보통신서비스 제공자는 정보보호에 관한 사항을 심의하기 위하여 정보보호위원회(이하 "정보보호위원회"라 한다)를 설치ㆍ운영하여야 한다.

② 정보보호위원회의 위원장은 정보보호 최고책임자가 된다.

③ 그 밖에 정보보호위원회의 구성 및 운영 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
