정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률 제56조(약관의 신고 등)

① 통신과금서비스제공자는 통신과금서비스에 관한 약관을 정하여 과학기술정보통신부장관에게 신고(변경신고를 포함한다)하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26>

② 과학기술정보통신부장관은 제1항에 따른 약관이 통신과금서비스이용자의 이익을 침해할 우려가 있다고 판단되는 경우에는 통신과금서비스제공자에게 약관의 변경을 권고할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26>
