정부조직법 제35조(법무부)

① 법무부장관은 검사사무ㆍ행형ㆍ인권옹호ㆍ출입국관리 그 밖에 법무에 관한 사무를 관장한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

② 검사에 관한 사무를 관장하기 위하여 법무부장관 소속으로 공소청을 둔다. <개정 2025.10.1>

③ 공소청의 조직ㆍ직무범위 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 따로 법률로 정한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
