주차장법 제22조의2(자료의 요청)

① 국토교통부장관은 주차장의 구조ㆍ설치기준 등의 제정, 기계식주차장의 안전기준의 제정, 그 밖에 주차장의 설치ㆍ정비 및 관리에 관한 정책의 수립을 위하여 필요한 경우에는 노상주차장관리자ㆍ노외주차장관리자ㆍ기계식주차장관리자 등에게 노상주차장ㆍ노외주차장ㆍ부설주차장의 설치 현황 및 운영 실태 등에 관한 자료를 요청할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23>
