주택법 시행령 제24조의4(조합원 모집 광고 등에 관한 준수사항)

① 법 제11조의5제1항제4호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 내용"이란 다음 각 호의 사항을 말한다.

③ 모집주체(법 제11조의3제8항 각 호 외의 부분에 따른 모집주체를 말한다. 이하 같다)는 조합원 모집 광고를 할 때 다음 각 호의 요건을 모두 갖춘 크기로 법 제11조의5제1항 각 호의 내용을 표기하여 일반인이 쉽게 인식할 수 있도록 해야 한다.

④ 모집주체는 해당 주택조합의 인터넷 홈페이지가 있는 경우 조합원 모집 광고를 시작한 날부터 7일 이내에 광고한 매체 및 기간을 표시하여 그 인터넷 홈페이지에 해당 광고를 게재해야 한다.
