주택법 시행령 제28조(주택단지의 분할 건설ㆍ공급)

① 법 제15조제3항 각 호 외의 부분 전단에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 호수 이상의 주택단지"란 전체 세대수가 600세대 이상인 주택단지를 말한다.

② 법 제15조제3항에 따른 주택단지의 공구별 분할 건설ㆍ공급의 절차와 방법에 관한 세부기준은 국토교통부장관이 정하여 고시한다.
