주택법 시행령 제56조의2(현장점검의 절차 및 방법 등)

① 법 제49조제5항에 따른 현장점검(이하 "현장점검"이라 한다)을 요청받은 사업주체는 그 요청을 받은 날부터 60일 이내에 현장점검을 실시해야 한다. 다만, 천재지변이나 부득이한 사유가 발생하여 해당 기간 내에 현장점검을 실시하기 어렵다고 사용검사권자가 인정하는 경우에는 그 실시기간을 30일의 범위에서 한 차례만 연장할 수 있다.

② 현장점검은 사용검사일 전에 실시해야 한다. 다만, 입주예정자 과반수의 동의를 받은 경우에는 사용검사일 이후 실시할 수 있다.

③ 사업주체는 현장점검을 법 제48조의2에 따른 사전방문 또는 법 제48조의3에 따른 품질점검단의 점검과 병행하여 실시할 수 있다.

④ 사업주체 또는 입주예정자는 현장점검을 실시하기 위하여 필요한 경우 품질점검단에 협조를 요청할 수 있다.
