주택법 시행령 제69조(회의록 등)

① 간사는 위원회의 회의 시 다음 각 호의 사항을 회의록으로 작성하여 「공공기록물 관리에 관한 법률」에 따라 보존하여야 한다.

② 제1항의 회의록은 해당 주택의 입주자를 선정한 날 이후에 공개 요청이 있는 경우 열람의 방법으로 공개해야 한다. 다만, 심의의 공정성을 침해할 우려가 있다고 인정되는 이름, 주민등록번호, 직위 및 주소 등 개인을 특정할 수 있는 정보에 대해서는 공개하지 않을 수 있다. <신설 2019.10.22>

③ 위원회의 회의에 참석한 위원에게는 예산의 범위에서 수당 및 여비를 지급할 수 있다. 다만, 공무원인 위원이 그 소관업무와 직접적으로 관련되어 출석한 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다. <개정 2019.10.22>
