주택법 시행령 제82조(토지임대료의 선납 및 보증금 전환)

법 제78조제6항에 따라 토지임대료를 선납하거나 보증금으로 전환하려는 경우 그 선납 토지임대료 또는 보증금을 산정할 때 적용되는 이자율은 「은행법」에 따른 은행의 3년 만기 정기예금 평균이자율 이상이어야 한다. <개정 2024.6.18>
