주택법 시행령 제86조(주택상환사채의 상환 등)

① 주택상환사채의 상환기간은 3년을 초과할 수 없다.

③ 주택상환사채는 양도하거나 중도에 해약할 수 없다. 다만, 해외이주 등 국토교통부령으로 정하는 부득이한 사유가 있는 경우는 예외로 한다.
