주택법 제12조의2(주택조합 사업비의 총회의결 등)

① 주택조합사업에 드는 비용이 100분의 10(생산자물가상승률은 제외한다) 이상 늘어나는 경우에는 총회의 의결을 거쳐야 한다.

② 제1항에 따른 총회의 의결은 조합원 3분의 2 이상의 출석과 출석 조합원 3분의 2 이상의 찬성으로 의결하여야 한다.
