Enforcement Decree of the Housing Lease Protection Act, Article 4 (Matters to Be Recorded in the Fixed-Date Register)

① 법 제3조의6제1항에 따른 확정일자부여기관(지방법원 및 그 지원과 등기소는 제외하며, 이하 "확정일자부여기관"이라 한다)이 같은 조 제2항에 따라 작성하는 확정일자부에 기재하여야 할 사항은 다음 각 호와 같다.
