지방세법 시행령 제127조(자동차의 용도 또는 종류변경 시의 세액)

자동차의 용도 또는 종류를 변경하였을 때에는 변경 전후의 해당 자동차의 종류에 따라 제126조에 준하여 산정한 금액의 합계액을 그 세액으로 한다.
