시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 개인분과 사업소분 과세대장을 갖추어 두고, 필요한 사항을 등재해야 한다. 이 경우 해당 사항을 전산처리하는 경우에는 과세대장을 갖춘 것으로 본다. <개정 2020.12.31>
