지방세법 제139조(「교통ㆍ에너지ㆍ환경세법」의 준용)

자동차세의 부과ㆍ징수와 관련하여 이 절에 규정되어 있지 아니한 사항에 관하여는 「교통ㆍ에너지ㆍ환경세법」을 준용한다. 이 경우 「교통ㆍ에너지ㆍ환경세법」에 따른 세무서장 또는 세관장 등은 특별징수의무자로 본다. <개정 2014.10.15>
