지방세법 제68조(특별징수의무자)

제67조에 따른 납세지를 관할하는 세무서장 또는 「부가가치세법」 제58조제2항에 따라 재화의 수입에 대한 부가가치세를 징수하는 세관장을 지방소비세의 특별징수의무자로 한다. <개정 2013.6.7>
