지방세법 제82조(세액계산)

사업소분의 세액은 제81조제1항제1호 및 제2호의 세율에 따라 각각 산출한 세액을 합산한 금액으로 한다. 다만, 사업소 연면적이 330제곱미터 이하인 경우에는 제81조제1항제2호에 따른 세액을 부과하지 아니한다.
