지방자치법 시행령 제6조(경계변경협의체의 운영)

① 경계변경협의체는 다음 각 호의 사항을 협의한다.

② 경계변경협의체는 경계변경 대상지역의 주민을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하거나 공청회를 개최할 수 있다.

(2) A어 boundary바운더^r리 change체인지 council카운슬 may메이 conduct칸덕트 a어 survey서^v베이 of어^v브 or오 hold호울드 a어 public퍼블릭 hearing히^r링 for^f포 residents^r레지던츠 of어^v브 the^ð디 area에^r리아 subject서브젝트 to투 the^ð더 boundary바운더^r리 change.체인지

③ 경계변경협의체는 관계 지방자치단체의 장에게 협의를 위하여 필요한 자료의 제출, 실태조사 등을 요청할 수 있다.

(3) A어 boundary바운더^r리 change체인지 council카운슬 may메이 request^r리퀘스트 the^ð더 heads헤즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 relevant^r렐러^v번트 local로우클 governments거^v버먼츠 to투 submit서브밋 materials머티^r리얼즈 necessary네서세^r리 for^f포 consultation,칸설테이션 conduct칸덕트 fact-finding^f팩트-^f파인딩 surveys,서^v베이즈 and앤드 the^ð더 like.라이크

④ 경계변경협의체는 제1항 각 호의 사항에 대하여 협의 기간 이내에 협의 결과를 작성하여 경계변경협의체를 구성한 지방자치단체의 장에게 통보해야 한다.

⑤ 제1항부터 제4항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 경계변경협의체의 운영에 필요한 사항은 경계변경협의체의 협의를 거쳐 위원장이 정한다.
