Enforcement Decree of the Local Autonomy Act, Article 7 (Grounds for Extending the Consultation Period)

① 법 제6조제5항 단서에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 부득이한 사유가 있는 경우"란 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우로서 관계 지방자치단체가 협의 기간의 연장에 합의한 경우를 말한다.
