지방자치법 제151조(지방자치단체가 없어졌을 때의 결산)

① 지방자치단체를 폐지하거나 설치하거나 나누거나 합쳐 없어진 지방자치단체의 수입과 지출은 없어진 날로 마감하되, 그 지방자치단체의 장이었던 사람이 결산하여야 한다.

② 제1항의 결산은 제150조제1항에 따라 사무를 인수한 지방자치단체의 의회의 승인을 받아야 한다.
