지방자치법 제78조(의안에 대한 비용추계 자료 등의 제출)

① 지방자치단체의 장이 예산상 또는 기금상의 조치가 필요한 의안을 제출할 경우에는 그 의안의 시행에 필요할 것으로 예상되는 비용에 대한 추계서와 그에 따른 재원조달방안에 관한 자료를 의안에 첨부하여야 한다. <개정 2021.10.19>

② 제1항에 따른 비용의 추계 및 재원조달방안에 관한 자료의 작성 및 제출절차 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 해당 지방자치단체의 조례로 정한다.
