Enforcement Decree of the Employment Security Act, Article 27 (Reporting Procedures for and Changes to Job Information Provision Businesses)

①법 제23조제1항에 따라 직업정보제공사업의 신고를 하려는 자는 다음 각 호의 사항을 기재한 신고서에 고용노동부령으로 정하는 서류를 첨부하여 고용노동부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. 이 경우 직업정보를 제공하는 사업소를 둘 이상 두고자 할 때에는 사업소별로 신고하여야 한다. <개정 1996.4.12, 2009.12.31, 2010.7.12>

②제1항의 규정에 의하여 직업정보제공사업을 신고한 자는 신고한 날부터 6월이내에 당해 신고사업을 개시하여야 한다. <개정 1996.4.12>
